I’m back from Gran Canaria, had a really great week.

What a beautiful part of the world.

“But I was thinking, someone asked me what kept us going as a band, what our goal was, and I think the goal is for us to try to complete something, to meet some kind of end with this, because it always feels unfinished to us. And I think that does relate a lot to the maturity of the music. I feel like we’re climbing a ladder, but I don’t feel we’re at the top of it yet. When we do reach the top, it’ll probably be in some ways an end to what goes on, but I think there’s still a lot for us to explore as far as musicians and again while we’re more mature than we were, there’s still more to be achieved as far as the music goes.”
